REPORT ON INNOVATIVE WORK

INTRODUCTION Innovation in its modern meaning is "a new idea, creative thoughts, new imaginations in form of device or method". Innovation is  often also viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs.  In order to fulfill the curricular achievements of the B.Ed course we teacher trainees had to prepare an innovative  work in the fourth semester for the high school section. During the course of my teaching practice session I found out that majority of the students in the high school section lacked a proper vocabulary. Once in the class while dealing with the section of synonyms I found out that most of my kids were struggling to give the proper answers for the synonym exercise which I had provided them. Considering this situation I decided to implement  a novel way as to help my students learn synonyms in a more easy way. So as my innovative  work I decided to prepare a chart on synonyms...

REPORT ON INNOVATIVE LESSON PLAN INTRODUCTION In order to fulfill the curricular requirements of the practice teaching session , we had to prepare an innovative lesson plan which had to be implemented in the class . As I had prepared my innovative work on vocabulary enrichment as a sequel to it I thought of organizing a class for enriching the  vocabulary of my kids. I wanted to add more words to their personal word bank. For that the first idea that came to my mind is making my children enrich their vocabulary through a series of games. So as my innovative lesson plan I introduced a series of three games and two activities that I felt that would enrich the vocabulary of my kids.
