FOURTH WEEK OF PRACTICE TEACHING SESSION

(02.12.2019 to 06.12.2019) In the fourth week of the practice teaching session we got only four working days at the school. On Monday, 02.12.2019, there was an educational strike due to which we lost a working day. All the other four days we were able to take classes as per our lesson plans. Since the Christmas exams were fast approaching, we had to finish the portions for the exams. I was able to complete all the portions for exam by Thursday and also was able to make the students do all the pending activities. The State Youth Festival was over and the students of the school had won many prizes thus making their presence felt at the Youth Festival. The H.M. had congratulated all the students who participated in the festival and also had thanked all the teachers and non-teaching staff who had supported the students. Apart from this, nothing note worthy happened at the school this week. Some students of the school always got into trouble as the Pink Police often made complaints about them to the H.M.. The H.M. had strictly warned the students against such sort of indiscipline.

REPORT ON INNOVATIVE WORK

INTRODUCTION Innovation in its modern meaning is "a new idea, creative thoughts, new imaginations in form of device or method". Innovation is  often also viewed as the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs.  In order to fulfill the curricular achievements of the B.Ed course we teacher trainees had to prepare an innovative  work in the fourth semester for the high school section. During the course of my teaching practice session I found out that majority of the students in the high school section lacked a proper vocabulary. Once in the class while dealing with the section of synonyms I found out that most of my kids were struggling to give the proper answers for the synonym exercise which I had provided them.
